工作职责：•(plm)adm system siemens teamcenter regular maintenance and operation.•global 3rd level user support and trouble shooting for teamcenter, resolve teamcenter application and user problems•support major & minor release(upgrade) for teamcenter•develop and maintain the customizations between teamcenter and other system•maintain and operate the teamcenter databases(oracle) , teamcenter application servers (windows , linux)•consulting customers for new requirements related to teamcenter•translating customers requirements into it requirements for teamcenter•performing implementation in teamcenter and coordinating implementation steps with other internal team members and external parties•leading and driving small activities or project will be a plus•opportunity to create a global network by bridging german/poland/us/india..etc on both strategic and operational aspects•bring in your own ideas by participating in defining and implementing strategies for the development of the commercial teamcenter business•西门子(plm)adm 系统teamcenter的常规运维•teamcenter全球3rd用户支持,帮助用户发现并解决teamcenter日常使用中的问题，并将龙8游戏官方进入的解决方案应用到teamcenter主程序中•参与并支持teamcenter的大小版本更新升级•开发并维护teamcenter与其他系统之间交互的客制化内容•teamcenter后台数据库（oracle）以及主程序服务器（windows.linux）的运维•teamcenter用户需求的收集与分析•teamcenter用户需求的开发与部署•与内部团队成员以及外部供应商各方，有效的协调teamcenter相关工作•能够参与并主导small activities或者project将会是加分项•全球化（德国，波兰，美国，印度等…）的团队合作与发展•对于teamcenter的战略发展提出优化与提高的观点与方案任职要求：•bachelor degree or above in : computer science or mechanical engineering , or equivalent experience•more than 3 years’ experience in plm it consult or plm it expert•familiar with siemens teamcenter in operation, maintenance , deployment and customization.•experience in teamcenter components and functions like awc , multi-site , deploy center , volume , bmide , itk, cad integration , 2-tier , 4-tier , etc…•programing skills like (java , .net, vb , tcl) in development and debug in teamcenter application and customization•familiar with iis、apache、tomcat、jboss, familiar with windows/linux server administration•more than 2 years’ experience at oracle and etc, know backup/recover/install/upgrade/migration , good at develop sql and procedure•familiar with one of the plm systems :winchill, 3de, enovia, smarteam , is a plus•project management experience or certification(pmp) , is a plus•initiative and ability to drive things for a given purpose•ability to work in international and agile teams, fluent in english•interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation consultancy•quick learner and good self-learning ability•计算机科学/机械工程等相关专业毕业，本科及本科以上学历要求•3年或3年以上plm it咨询或plm it专家工作经验•熟悉西门子teamcenter的操作，运维，部署以及客制化•对于teamcenter的模块和功能有丰富的经验，例如awc, multi-site , deploy center , volume , bmide , itk , cad系统集成，2-tier/4-tier等等•能够使用java,.net ,vb,tcl等编程语言对teamcenter进行开发和客制化•熟悉iis、apache、tomcat、jbos等应用服务器，熟悉windows/linux 服务器的操作使用•不低于2年的数据库管理经验，例如oracle等， 熟悉数据库的备份,还原,安装,升级,迁移等，有sql语句和存储过程的开发经验•同时熟悉windchill , 3de , enovia , smarteam等其他plm系统，将会是加分项•项目管理经验以及相关证书（pmp），将会是加分项•在明确目标的前提下，积极主动的推动工作的开展•能够流利的使用英语在跨国团队中与其他成员灵活敏捷的协同工作•良好的人际沟通能力，以客户为导向的咨询业务能力•具有良好的自我学习能力
